body and is sometimes

tremendous benefits. It will

forearms & legs, and also
can be associated as a
diagnosed treatment plan.
Myofascial-is a very slow
massage that helps release
emotional tension. . Oil is
used throughout the whole
body. Having to tight of
fascia can put alot of
pressure on the muscles in
your body...causing pain
throughout your body.
Shiatsu-a Japanese form of
massage used to balance all
body systems. You stay
dressed in loose clothing & it
takes place on the floor. It's
a mixture of massage and
range of motion exercises
causing the muscles to
massage themselves.
Localized Massage-massage
that specializes to a specific
area...such as, carpal
tunnel, whiplash, headache,
back pain, etc.
Stone-same technique as
Swedish Massage with the
use of hot/cold relaxing
stones due to the temperature
change held by the therapist
during the massage.
Aroma Therapy-massage with
use of essential oils mixed to
your desire and applied to
different parts of your body.
Some people get aroma
therapy wraps in which your
body is oiled down and
wrapped up in warm towels for
20-30 minutes. This massage
can help with headaches,
stomach and sinus problems.
Pre-Post Natal-Pregnancy
massage is a technique that is
used to help the mother relax
and not have as much pulling
from the child throughout the
whole pregnancy and after the
birth of the baby due to the
constant changing of the
muscles.
Trigger Point-can sometimes be a
painful massage due to the
trigger point pattern of the
direct pressure applied to the
problematic areas throughout
the whole body.
